Floor Action:¹ Monday: The Senate will vote at 5:30 pm to invoke cloture on the nomination of Jason Scott Miller to be Deputy Director for Management of the Office of Management and Budget. Tuesday: The Senate will vote to confirm Miller and will vote to invoke cloture on (and confirm) the nominations of Janet McCabe to be Deputy Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency and Colin Kahl to be Undersecretary of Defense for Policy. The Senate will also vote on the motion to proceed to S. 914 , the Drinking Water and Wastewater Infrastructure Act of 2021. Wednesday: The Senate will vote to invoke cloture on (and confirm) the nomination of Samantha Power to be Administrator of the United States Agency for International Development and will vote on passage of  S.J. Res.
