This week, the Senate is holding votes on two nominations and one bill, and the Judiciary Committee will convene a nominations hearing and an executive business meeting.

Monday:
- The Senate will vote at 5:30 pm to invoke cloture on the nomination of Christopher Fonzone to be General Counsel of the Office of the Director of National Intelligence.
Tuesday:
- The Senate will vote to confirm Fonzone and will vote to invoke cloture on (and confirm) the nomination of Kiran Ahuja to be Director of the Office of Personnel Management. The Senate will also vote to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to S. 2093, the For the People Act.
Wednesday:
- The Senate will vote to invoke cloture on (and confirm) the nomination of Magistrate Judge Deborah Boardman to serve as a Judge of the District of Maryland, in Baltimore. If confirmed, she would fill the seat Judge Richard Bennett previously declared he would vacate upon confirmation of his successor. The Senate will also vote to invoke cloture on the nomination of Zuckerman Spaeder partner Candace Jackson-Akiwumi to serve as a Judge of the Seventh Circuit. If confirmed, she would fill a vacancy from November 2020.
Thursday:
- The Senate will vote to confirm Jackson-Akiwumi.
On Wednesday, the Judiciary Committee will hold a nominations hearing for the following nominees:
- Gustavo A. GelpĂ, to be a U.S. Circuit Judge for the First Circuit
- Not yet announced
- Eunice C. Lee, to be a U.S. Circuit Judge for the Second Circuit (1)
- Veronica S. Rossman, to be a U.S. Circuit Judge for the Tenth Circuit (1)
- Margaret Irene Strickland, to be a U.S. District Judge for the District of New Mexico (3)
- David G. Estudillo, to be a U.S. District Judge for the Western District of Washington (1)
- Lauren J. King, to be a U.S. District Judge for the Western District of Washington (1)
- Tana Lin, to be a U.S. District Judge for the Western District of Washington (1)
